This was where I downloaded the Kagen no Tsuki movie. It's a very good website, although it's in Spanish I think it's easy to navigate even if you don't understand that language :P Oh, and the rest of their title says "Download: JRock+Visual Kei", with that you have a better idea of the type of content you will find there.
